“ Cora's Bistro never disappoints. I enjoy how they have a different section of the restaurant for lunch seating and open up another area for dinner. Once again, we were fortunate to have Heaven as our server. She did a magnificent job and hopefully, you'll enjoy her pleasant servitude, soon. We started with vegetarian boneless wings. They came with a spicy/honey sauce and they were very good. You didn't need a knife and they were consumed within seconds. Our mains were, as follows: Northside (Fried eggplant, tomato, provolone cheese, balsamic vinaigrette), Bacon Cheeseburger, and Cheeseburger. The sweet potato, swirly, and waffle fry accompaniments were good, as well. Be it for lunch or dinner, Cora's Bistro will be a smart choice and thank you, Cora's, for being open on a Monday, when 3/4 of Hawley eateries were closed. ”
